During this episode of Joyful Disciples, our host Donna Ottaviano-Britt talks about our return to Mass and the relief, joy and change coming with it. We return to the source and summit of our faith though it will be a different experience – requiring us to be flexible while safeguarding our communities. It might feel bittersweet as we rejoin our parish family to receive Holy Eucharist. Ottaviano-Britt is joined by several holy people from across the Diocese of Camden and you will recognize them! Together they share perspective and how they have prepared to return – but most importantly they discuss their joy as well as their spiritual orientation to this great return. Our own personal discipleship – how we follow Jesus and trust the Holy Spirit – will be essential to our joyful return. But maybe more importantly, our love of God and how we respond to the newness will have tremendous impact on our sisters and brothers. This period of time will require great love and our ability to serve each other through this period of change.
